Request to Sanction

These are the guidelines to post events on askfred that must be followed for all SD Cup events. It also includes the SD Division criteria to sanction events as approved by the EC on October 1st 2016
Within 24 hours of the completion of the event, the organizers must send an email to sdfencing@gmail.com with the following:

1) Complete results in an excel file as a download from Fencing Time;
2) Referee sheet as per USA Fencing guidelines;
3) Classification Change form in case there are any rating changes.

Sanctioning forms for event outside of the San Diego Cup that need to be sanctioned. Download and fill in both documents and send them back to sdfencing@gmail.com. Please also check first the event posting guide for the SD Division criteria for sanctioning events.
